New York Tent is the premiere tent rental company operating in the NY Metro / Tri-State area since 1994. From humble beginnings to their new 60,000 square foot, state of the art facility, they have proven themselves through their attention to detail, technical know-how, skilled installers and quality product. They specialize in events of all sizes ranging from large music festivals to weddings and everything in between.
New York Tent has been an IntelliEvent Partner since 2010, when they purchased the IntelliEvent legacy product IntelliEvent Express. Express is a full featured, fully developed product that enabled New York Tent to increase performance, profitability and efficiency.
In 2014 they decided to make the switch to the Cloud Based Enterprise solution, IntelliEvent Lightning. In Lightning, they saw an opportunity to be more mobile, connected and adaptable all while growing their business and expanding their area of operations. By moving into the cloud they gained the ability to manage their business from anywhere, making changes to jobs on the fly from the jobsite, home or road. With the cloud there is no information delay, the second a customer makes a change it will be reflected everywhere and easily accessible, eliminating confusion and costly issues when the wrong gear ends up at the job site.
Through their status as a Lightning Enterprise Partner, New York Tent has helped to guide Lightning product development to add and refine functionality as it relates to the Tent rental industry and the broader rental market.
