InfoComm turned out to be a very busy and exciting event for our team. We had team members in Las Vegas for about a week performing user forums, demonstrations and the most enjoyable for us, catching up with new and old customers. Don Romeka and Tyler Tassinari arrived on Sunday to kick off the week visiting Vegas customers, with Andrew Ehler arriving Monday to visit with even more!
While running around the convention center saying hi and catching up with the seemingly endless amount of people that he knows, Don came to realization that tennis shoes are a must for trade shows. Andrew stayed busy showing the newest features of IntelliEvent Express and showcasing our newest product, IntelliEvent Lightning, the only web based event rental software accessible on an iPhone and iPad. InfoComm was Tyler’s first trade show with IntelliEvent and he was able to connect with a lot of attendees.
We would like to thank Larry Ladd from By Dzign for taking time to speak with people interested in our event rental software solutions. Larry shared his experience and vision of how IntelliEvent can be used to help the day-to-day operations of a business. We also want to thank Advanced Entertainment for helping out.
Wednesday afternoon, IntelliEvent hosted user forums for both IntelliEvent Express and Lightning at our partner’s, Advanced Entertainment, office. Don, Andrew, Crystal and Tyler attended the Rental and Staging Reception at The Las Vegas Hotel. Many of our customers and partners were in attendance, which gave us a chance to catch up with everyone.
On Thursday June 14th our press release spotlighting a few of our unique Lightning customers was released in the InfoComm Show Daily. The Show Daily is a magazine published by NewBay media that keeps up with news surrounding the show. On Friday June 15th a press release that covered Nationwide Video Rental’s implementation of IntelliEvent Lightning was also published in this magazine. We had the pleasure of spending time with a few of Nationwide Video Rental’s team members and strengthening our old but new partnership.
At the International Technology Rental Association Reception Thursday night, the IntelliEvent team had a chance to catch up with some of our fellow ITRA members.
Lastly we’d like to thank Peter Worth, newly voted IntelliEvent’s funniest customer! Peter came by our booth many times to keep us laughing and entertained which we appreciated very much.
