	IntelliEvent server software and client software is installed on appropriate computers.
	Discuss data import and the necessary fields that must be completed in data transfer spreadsheets provided by IntelliEvent. Once spreadsheets are completely filled in by the customer, IntelliEvent will import data into the application.
	Remote access training on the IntelliEvent step-by-step Software Implementation Plan.
We recommend that you have a "super user" who takes ownership of the Implementation Plan. The key to a successful implementation is to complete all steps in the plan.
	User loads all information discussed in Implementation Steps. (Inventory, Employees, Sites, Customers, Constants, etc.)
	Remote access training, focused on system operation and daily use. All potential users of the system should be present. This step can begin prior to completion on Step 3.
	User determines a date to 'GO LIVE' and begins using the system on a daily basis from this point forward. (IntelliEvent can provide on-site support for this event.)
