The holiday card list consists of every contact record with the holiday card list checkbox checked.

Follow the direction and screenshots below to retrieve your holiday card list to Excel. Skip to step 6 to print labels directly from IntelliEvent.
1. Go to Your Company Menu>Administration>Admin Windows>Reports>Customer and Contact List

2. Choose Modify

3a. For the holiday card list, make sure to select the CONT_XMAS line and put YES in the Comparison Value field at the bottom of the screen. Hit the X in the top right hand corner of the page to close this window and run the report.

3b. To print out the entire customer list, make sure to select the CONT_XMAS line and select Is Not Null. Hit the X in the top right hand corner of the page to close this window and run the report.

4. You will recieve the following prompts. Select according to your needs.



5. If you chose to export the list to a Tab Delimited File then you will get this screen. Name and save the file. It will be in a PRN format. This can be opened into Microsoft Excel as a tab delimited file. Once into Excel, you can then organize the data to print labels or envelopes.

Printing Labels Directly from IntelliEvent
(For use with Avery 5160, 5260 or generic labels 1" x 2-5/8" 30 labels per sheet)
6. Go to your Company Menu>Management Reports to turn on the management reports menu. Then go to Management Reports>Form Letters>Mailing Labels From Contacts by Company or Mailing Labels From Contacts by Last Name.

7. Select your printer and then go back and follow steps 2 & 3.
